In my opinion, its software of choice are Capture One and DXO Photolab which in both cases are able to squeeze the most out of this lens and Lumix files in general. Mechanically it is well made but the zoom ring is too resistant and not very frictioned. I hope it gets better with use. You also feel the lack of a function key. Finally, the price that for so much quality, if taken in kit, is really ridiculous. To those who wish, I am available to provide sample raw images. Highly recommended. It also has a nice blur considering the not-quite-portrait lens aperture. It is a very versatile all-purpose lens. Excellent for travel, landscapes and for mountain trips and everyday outings. I used it for indoor commercial photos with excellent results. Those who expect to have a yield of 24 f/1.4 at these costs and at these dimensions and weights should consult internationally renowned specialists! For me considered the type of lens, 10/10
