Pros: Compact, lightweight, great files

Cons: Battery life, Q key position, joystick not very fast, slow restart after standbye

Opinion: Intrigued by the Fujifilm world, after using (and reselling) the very good Canon R10, I throw myself headlong into this world. I chose this camera to make sense of the mirrorless concept: compactness, lightness, portability. This machine, after a period of adaptation (menus and dials) perfectly matches my choice. Not that the R10 was not portable, but the plasticity of the materials and the scarcity of rings in the long run also affected the desire to use it. The Xt30ii is well built, the sense of metal is sublime, intuitive, always with me and it is a pleasure to shoot in its company (the family feeling is taken). You get used to the grip and if you combine the splendid Fuji f2 prime lenses you don't even feel it. The files are wonderful, the jpegs and film simulations as well. For an APSC it has a respectable dynamic range (also thanks to the 200/400 dynamic range), almost comparable to an FF. You expose very well and hardly clip the highlights (problem found in the old, but always FF, canon eos 5diii). In the evening it suffers a little, and in low light conditions (it is not stabilized) and without bright lenses you risk micro-blur. The flaws are well known, the continuous AF in tracking and the battery life, but in general I feel like giving it an excellent grade as the Fuji world, for an amateur, is a beautiful reality. The cameras are beautiful, excellent rows, infinite and well-finished optics, affordable costs and a lot of quality. W Fuji

Pros: Very compact, amazing rows, light.

Cons: Too many buttons

Opinion: This camera with a vintage flavor and very well finished I would have preferred it with the viewfinder off-center all the way to the left, and with a few less buttons, only the essential ones. Otherwise, it is very intuitive and simple to use. But let's get to the photos, the files generated are amazing, very high detail and fantastic colors, especially when you use film simulations and image cleanliness, comparable to full frame. Only the blur is not up to the level of the full frame, clearly due to the smaller size of the sensor. Great camera to carry around with you at all times, with a good lens. As for the video feature. For me it is absolutely irrelevant, as I only use it for photography.

Pros: Small and light but very performing, low price.

Cons: I can't say.

Opinion: An APS-C sensor that produces respectable frames and that has nothing to envy to an FF, inside a compact and light body that however has all the necessary functions for landscape, street, travel. Combined with a suitable lens, you always carry it with you without feeling its weight. I'm hardly using the Canon 6D mark II anymore. Why should I? Really I am very satisfied to have this little Fuji.

Pros: File quality. Value for money. Portability. Good battery if you don't have to use it professionally.

Cons: Little or nothing. Maybe tropicalization and stabilizer, but you can't want everything

Opinion: I've had it for two years. First real quality digital camera. Great feelings, I don't use it for video. For photography it offers everything you need. It carries well behind, I added a little extra grip. The battery easily lasts a busy day of vacation, where you shoot a lot. The possibility of having everything manual makes it future prof if you want to do everything yourself. You can sew it quite well as a setting and use it is nice. Bought with zoom 18-55. Then I got vintage fuji lenses, 35 F1.4, 60 2.4 and the 27 wr. Autofocus ok if in S. I would have liked tropicalization, but given cost, I used lp itself even in such conditions. I had a small charge on the joystick for a few hours, then it resolved itself. In fact it is a delicate part and the 4-way pad was perhaps better. Vote 9

Pros: Image quality, price/performance ratio, manual rings, film profiles, analog look, portability.

Cons: Handle and position of the Q button.

Opinion: A little gem that gives you high quality photos in the vast majority of situations for street, reportage, landscape and family photography. Small size and weight make you always carry it with you, even without a backpack, especially when combined with the many compact Fuji lenses of the F2/2.8 series. Even the video sector is respectable for amateur and sporadic use like mine, even if you feel the lack of stabilization. Given the size and the analog look that I really like, the grip is sacrificed, but it can be solved by buying an extra grip. The Q key is occasionally pressed by mistake. Like all the most compact Fuji, it is not born to be coupled with heavier optics such as high-end zooms and is a bit unbalanced. The only real limitation especially if you want to use it for landscape and travel is the lack of tropicalization, but at this price who gives it to you? Excellent price/performance ratio. I add PROs that are from the Fuji system. Wide choice of film profiles for those like me who love to shoot in jpeg and dedicate 98% of the time they have for photography to being outside shooting, and 2% to post-production. I can't compare it to other systems, but I find the Fuji menu quite logical and intuitive. Many optics of excellent quality at affordable prices, especially with fixed focal length.

Pros: Small size and weight, file quality, dynamic range, good construction

Cons: Not very intuitive, it is not tropicalized

Opinion: Coming from the Nikon world the first approach is quite shocking, the use of shooting modes P, A, S and M is not very intuitive and you have to take the hand, but after the first shots and the first tests, you can not help but confirm the fame of Fuji jpg. The color management is impeccable and even in the backlight pushed the sensor does its duty very well. At high iso the yield seems good to me, but I still have to put it to the whip to understand how far you can go. The focus is fast and precise and has a quantity of settings for all tastes and for all uses. The battery does not last very long, so having a spare one is a must so as not to stay on foot. The value for money is excellent considering also the x-trans 4 sensor that mount the older sisters, and the general build quality.

Pros: It has the Fuji X-Trans4, costs the right, body still made to be ergonomic and not just cool

Cons: honestly nothing for the price at which it is proposed

Opinion: For me one of the best Fuji machines, castrated a bit by the ambiguous name that brings back to a cheap segment and that deserves much more. It is very small, but every point of the body has been exploited by inserting a button, just see the images. You will have everything at your fingertips, although the "neophyte" inclination makes you turn up your nose, with a lever to put the machine in automatic that you could have saved. The feeling in general is to have a "cheap" car in your hands, but honestly it is not that the feeling of the Fuji TOTL is now from Leica. It seems to me that the proud "made in japan" that distinguished them has been lost a little. Note how the grip is really good, unlike for example the xe4, which has become a brick and not really easy to hold with one hand. It also has "definitive" film simulations, in order to have selected color temperatures for each custom setting, without having to use various tricks to remember them. It can therefore be an alternative to the xe4 for those who want a better grip and do not appreciate the rangefinder style. On the quality of the sensor I do not express myself because it is the usual excellent x-trans 4.

Pros: 26MP backlit trans 4 X sensor without low-pass filter. Film simulation. Unique feeling with an analog flavor.

Cons: The placement of the Q key!!!!!! Unpleasant for the thumb of the hand holding the camera .

Opinion: Fujifilm attracts me because the design has a strong appeal to digital with a modern tradition. Ergonomics and lightness make this mirrorless "pocket", a fascinating and favorite brand. It has excellent color rendering and dynamic range. Film profiles allow you to shoot in jpeg only. Fujifilm has continuous firmware updates. With this BSI sensor, photographing at high iso exposing well is not a problem!

Pros: Functions, file quality, versatility.

Cons: The position of some buttons.

Opinion: I had already had the first version, then sold to keep the x-e3.... I tried again with the second version because I already thought the first excellent. Having found myself in front of an indispensable business, I wanted to repeat the experience. The camera is a real gem. Exceptional JPEGs and quantity/quality of high-end machine functions. With Zoom pro Canon, with Viltrox adapter, I got at the same settings, JPEG files even higher as yield to an EOS-R. To be amazed by the details returned. I find like the whole x-t series, some buttons positioned a little badly. For example, I find the button to review the photos on the left of the camera body uncomfortable. With the x-e3 I'm used with one hand to do everything.... the improvements of version II are mainly firmware, as well as a more resolute LCD display and an exceptional autofocus system. It focuses practically in the dark. Excellent machine.

Pros: size and weight, handling, ease of use, good management of contrasts of lights and shadows, colors, iso seal, AF, customization of programs , as a whole is essential, there is everything in a small concentrate of technology

Cons: battery life, Q button position, operating slowness if you activate EVF in energy saving, power on time after standby

Opinion: Recently purchased in Hong Kong with international warranty, it is the camera I wanted: aps-c, small, light and performing. The comparison with my old but always valid canon 7d is not entirely fair because the years and technology are felt to the advantage of the x30 mk2: in particular I really appreciated the quality and ease of management of lights and shadows: the result is seen before shooting and in pp takes little time. It allows several customizations and despite being very technical in the setting I found the old pleasure of analog: time, aperture and iso are at hand and you have fun composing and shooting as you once did. I did not find it as responsive as the 7d, perhaps it depends on the setting I gave to minimize battery consumption; in particular, it is slow to turn on after standby but it is a problem that can be easily solved at the expense of battery life. Traveling with a good supply of energy in the bag there are no problems. The autofocus is ready and easily modified as needed and the facial recognition setting helps a lot. I made a few seconds of video and they seemed to me of good quality, sharp, rich in detail and with natural colors. Basically, after two months of use, my opinion is positive, written without bias and without reading the instructions for use because, I repeat, despite being a concentrate of technology, if you have a little sidewalk with the old film, everything is easier and spontaneous. This is not a complete judgment but they are only the "first impressions". With satisfaction I found everything I expected in a small and excellent xt30 mk2
