sent on 25 Dicembre 2019 Pros: Double dial, top display, touch screen, compactness. Cons: 1600 ISO noise, ridiculous battery life Opinion: My second reflex after the 1000D, the jump was naturally egregious... many years of extra technological development and price range however higher. It winks at the double-digit series with its 19 maf points, double dial and back-lit top display. Body compactness that makes it comfortable in transport. A little slow in saving RAW-L files but it depends on your needs. Battery really short-lived ... too little, however, after the After market batteries are recognized and marked by the displays. 24 mp, for over-the-center crop lovers. Noise already at 1600 ISO Ultimately I am really satisfied with my purchase, the use for about 1 and a half years and in various situations has always given me satisfaction... I'd definitely buy it again
sent on 09 Maggio 2019 Pros: Superior double display, more megapixels than previous entry level versions and some more features of the "basic" cameras, respectable files, handiness, adjustable screen and touch... What a great thing, size, use extra non-original batteries which surprisingly displays the level sign and discharge as they were original (many said they did not recognize it), WiFi. Cons: A little slow in saving JPEG + raw, battery, but there is the option to take inexpensive non-original batteries that will be read anyway.. Opinion: I took my second camera body after having had an EOS 1100d amateur very base to start and I chose this 760d for enthusiasts who offered something more than my "old 1100". For the fixed budget I found it at a new ebay auction, at a good price. The files are great, the high ISO seal not great if you get up over the 1600/3200, but nothing so striking. I matched some excellent lenses like the 17-55 f 2.8, the Tokina 11-16 F 2.8 and the 24mm f 2.8 Fixed and I must say that the files were excellent and beyond my expectations. Much is due to the camera body but if the lenses are lousy you can't get anything good at the quality level on all the camera bodies and not just on this one. LET's come to the GOODIES. Besides the usual programs of shooting has a very useful, ie the program "scenes" with 6 different types of shooting and one of these includes culinary photos, night shot manual without tripod, where 4 consecutive shots are made, and lastly, the control Backlit HDR with 3 shots with exposure to have the best light/shadow HDR detail. These 3 shots are made to burst and summed in a single HDR JPEG photo. The icon with the risk of flickering. The bubble visible in both the optical viewfinder and live-view, to keep the camera in axis on the ground to avoid shots "crooked" and keep so in the bubble machine for a perfect shot. Wi-fi that with the Canon app on mobile, you can control the remote shot of the 760d by setting the shutter data. Very quick focus. Double display at the top with the possibility of lighting it to see in the evening. Sister 750d doesn't have it. Automatic cleaning of the sensor at shutdown. The lock selector to avoid changing the shutter program accidentally (with the 1100 always happened). AF mode in pursuit of the subject. Double ring for machine setting. Focus on the display with a touch and enlarge to see the real focus of an object/subject. On the screen you can choose any area to focus with a touch option. Focus with tracking of faces or subject if the machine moves. The chosen subject will always be in focus. Display of third party rule grid or other grid for photo composition. Bracketing function with exposure difference between 3 shots for a natural HDR. The 3 shots will then be merged into post-production. It is a good machine to take that step more and learn even better. I will definitely keep it as a second body also because I would like to convey a very short wedding with a full-frame... Almost obligatory passage for those who love the photographic genre for the highest quality in the full format sensor. However the 760 D did not disappoint my expectations and I highly recommend it compared to other entry-level bodies much less "performing". To those who want to approach photography I suggest to go a "Pelino" (according to his budget) at the top and take this camera body to try, learn to use many new functions and get good results on APS-C, at an affordable price. Old hen makes good broth and the 760d despite the limits of APS-C sensors, this 760d did not disappoint.
sent on 26 Gennaio 2018 Pros: Lightweight and with a good grip, Excellent AF, Second ring and secondary display despite being an entry level, Excellent image quality at low ISO, Excellent wi-fi Cons: Noise from 1600 ISO, in movies the microphone records the sound of the AF (even with STM lenses), Battery life is not excellent, especially with live view activated, RAW + JPG saved fairly slow Opinion: I have long been undecided between the 70D and 760D to replace the beautiful 400D, and in the end I opted for the small 760D. Small, but with all the credentials to compete with even the biggest machines. perhaps because I do not have great ambitions (or ability) as a photographer, or perhaps because I can still be content, but I must say that the 760D is a great car. If you are aware of the limits (pentaspecchio in the first place) you will certainly be able to enjoy the advantages compared to the older sisters (reduced weight) .rnBut to be honest, it took me some time to find the feeling with this machine, perhaps too complex and full of options for those, like me, was used to the Spartan 400D. But just a little patience and practice and you find yourself with a machine perfectly adapted to your needs and always ready to wonderful shots (within the limits of the photographer's ability, of course) .rnBuilt with the 24 STM, now almost perpetually mounted on the 760D , diveborn a faithful companion for every trip, light exit, ride in motion, urban walk ... in short, for practically all occasions when weight becomes a factor that would make you leave the equipment at home.
sent on 08 Aprile 2016 Pros: 24Mpx sensor, 19-point AF of the 7D and 70D legendary, fine-grained slightly higher than the 70D and ISO used in 3200 Cons: The dynamic range is still slightly lower than Nikon, recycling of Af system (although fast, accurate and where needed) and the battery that is not a real problem (all have one or two spare batteries) Opinion: I come from canon 550d, eos M and 70D which I replaced with 5d Mk III, I felt the need for a stock car APSC for the multiplication factor. The generation gap of the sensor is compared to the APSC Canon but not compared to the competition. what about everything I did with the 70D now I can do it with the 760D + 4MPX !! For sports photography and use of very bright optical I recommend once 70D, but for photographic hunting I prefer 4MPX more and two shots per second less. For the rest is a super entry level.
sent on 28 Dicembre 2015 Pros: updated sensor. much lower noise than the old 18 megapixel of 550D. Cons: Lacks the micro autofocus. sensor still a step backwards compared to Nikon. Opinion: Taken recently, he replaced a 550D. Compared to the latter the breakthrough there and justifies the expense, not only for the many more features or improved, see the AF system (fast and accurate) or live view, but especially for image quality. The shots are always cleaner than the 550D and you can get to 3200 with ISO files still usable. The 24 megapixel allow crop more. To get 100% resolution 24 megapixel optics are needed at the top. Shame about the dynamic sensor has reached the Sony / Nikon level but the images are still high quality and fully comparable. For the rest is a rebel, and ergonomics, quality of materials and assemblies are absolutely in line with the serie.rn

sent on 31 Agosto 2015 Pros: Entry level only for the category of membership, but not in fact. 24 mpixel with the same noise as the 600d-700d sisters; Same performance AF of the 7d (old), continuous af on the movies, AF to chase (in Live View) once selected the subject. 19 points AF all cross. Professional quality footage. Second display. Cons: Absence of micro autofocus adjustment. Shutter a bit noisy. Small and compact like all XXXD series (assuming this is a limit) Opinion: I used it this summer on holiday and I enjoyed it a lot. There are some features in this machine that are Canon's blatant response to the right criticisms that had been posed after having baked a series of photocopy models anchored to the 18MP sensor. I expected a worsening of noise at high ISO because of the increase in pixel and instead I was very impressed to see that it remained virtually the same as the 18MP sensor. The autofocus is the most incredible novelty, 19 points all cross and the same module of the old 7d (which I have owned) make it an excellent car even by Chase or avifauna (with the sacrosanct distinction). There is no comparison with the very slow AF of the 6d that I used as the first body. The 24mp are very interesting to exploit the new lenses highly resolutive or, in case of need, to crorip the image. The quality of the images is more than excellent and is not discussed, as you can see from the photos at the bottom. Fabulous the swivel touch screen display, is how to use your mobile phone for speed and sensitivity. It was love at first sight, love reciprocated, even if I never got used to challenging such small bodies. Its lightness and compactness can be a problem when used with heavy white. This has always been a limit (rightly) of the Entry level series (which such must remain).
