Qatar 2013

Era la prima volte che viaggiavo per lavoro. Quasi 2 mesi in Qatar. Nonostante fossi quasi completamente assorbito dalle difficoltà del progetto assegnatomi, non ho voluto rinunciare all'idea di un reportage su questo Paese. Sulla scia di Dubai, il Qatar è letteralmente lanciato in una folle corsa al progresso e questo è sicuramente l'elemento che colpisce al primo impatto.. Ma c'è di più, molto di più. Fotografare nei ritagli di tempo non ha rappresentato una grossa limitazione dato che non ho mai anteposto la fotografia al "viaggio", mi sono limitato a documentare ciò che vedevo, restando spesso stupito di come fosse distorta l'immagine che tanti hanno del Qatar.
