Solenne Apoteosi Madonna Assunta


Ciao a tutti! in questo mio "rullino" da 32 scatti ho cercato di condensare una tradizione che si tiene da ormai da secoli nel piccolo borgo di Novara di Sicilia in provincia di Messina. Questa processione è visitabile ogni anno a Ferragosto a Novara di Sicilia (ME), posto che mi ha visto crescere e che consiglio vivamente a tutti gli appassionati di fotografia. La solenne "Apoteosi della Madonna Assunta" è invece fotografabile ogni 5 anni (la prossima sarà nel 2030) e differisce dalla processione tradizionale per l'uscita in processione di un totale di 16 varette, 15 delle quali precederanno l'Assunta nella sua uscita al suo ritorno al Duomo. Ho cercato di porre l'accento sull'attività dei portatori, i quali portano la pesante varetta "a spalla" nelle strette vie del paese. Spero questo mio lavoro possa esservi gradito, attendo con piacere commenti e critiche su come fare meglio. Buona processione!
