Newbie, Need Help!

Dear All

I want to buy a good camera but not very expensive like yours. Please suggest / guide me, as I go for NIKON 3200 with 200mm lenses. My interest is portrait and wild life photography but prefer to avoid multiple lens kit. I can stretch the budget little more if you suggest some other model of Nikon but with 200mm lens at least.

I have narrow downed my choices like this.

Please advise me which one will be better?

Nikon D5200 DSLR with Dual Kit AF-S 18-55mm VRII + AF-S 55-200mm VRII Lens
Nikon D5200 with (18 - 140 mm VR DX Lens) DSLR Camera
