Viltrox AF 25mm f/1.7 Air Pros: Lightweight, economical, fun focal length Cons: For the price it has, few or none Opinion: Bought to have an "everyday" lens, which was light, cheap and bright, to replace the Sigma 30mm f/2.8 DN that I had tired a bit. At first glance, the optics feel that they are cheap: light, with a lens hood that, at the first plug, you are afraid of breaking, made of a rather cheap plastic... However, as soon as it is mounted on the a6700, the combo becomes very light and easy to handle, making you want to carry it with you every day. I really like the focal length, I enjoy it. However, I noticed (opinions of an amateur, not a professional) that it suffers from a bit of flare even with the lens hood, chromatic aberrations (I noticed tending to blue) and the MAF engine is a bit noisy. However, on balance, with what this lens costs when new, I would buy it again. As a "battle" (or at least everyday) perspective I like sent on 16 Febbraio 2026 |
