Ho 34 anni, lavoro a Milano in una web agency.
Nel 1989 papà mi compra una praktica e mi fa innamorare di quello che vedo dentro a quello che oggi chiamo viewfinder.
Si passa dopo anni al digitale, prima le compatte, poi non mi basta. Su consiglio di un amico mi butto su Canon più che altro per la scelta e i prezzi nel grey market: prima la 400d, poi la 40d, ora full frame. Mi appassionano le ottiche del passato, le cosiddette "vintage", perché - non essendo un professionista che deve necessariamente portare a casa lo scatto - nel ruotare la ghiera dei diaframmi e vedere come cambia la profondità del mondo trovo più gusto che schiacciare un bottone. In fondo, siamo artigiani delle immagini.
Non sono un espertone, non sono un fanatico di nulla, ma ringrazio il signor Mandler perché oggi posso usare il Summilux 80 o il Telyt 180 3.4 e quando scatto una foto sono passato da una sana soddisfazione a un vero piacere estetico.
