![]() | Fujifilm XF 23mm f/2 R WR Pros: Autofocus, Tropicalization Cons: Low distance rendering, vignetting and low sharpness at open diaphragms Opinion: Taken to replace the excellent 27 f/2.8 But if I could I would go back on my steps. It is really unusable at the slightest distance and the widest openings. It is true that it is a lens designed for street, but from a fixed 23 F2 I expected a rendition from good handyman, also seen what it costs. I do not recommend, especially if you already have a 18-55 in the kit and believe with this lens to make a leap of quality. sent on June 10, 2019 |
![]() | Fujifilm XF 27mm f/2.8 Pros: Size, weight, sharpness Cons: Minimum focus distance Opinion: I place my opinion only after selling it in favor of the 23 F2. We read about this lens in all colors, but I can only talk about it well. In my opinion the sharpness is more than excellent and, compared to what some say, I also consider it fast in focus. Mounted on the X-T20 it made it look really compact. Point against the focus distance and consequently also the blurred, but it is not a glass designed for this. I was looking for something more versatile so I reluctantly gave it up. I hope that with the new lens I remain the desire to photograph that I had with this. Edit 27/08/2019: disappointed by the 23 f2 (which I gave up), I found an unmissable offer and bought back on the 27th. I love it sent on February 22, 2019 |
![]() | Fujifilm XF 14mm f/2.8 R Pros: Image quality, construction, size, weight Cons: Soft aperture ring Opinion: It is probably one of the best glasses available for Fujifilm's X system, underestimated (also for the fashion to go on the latest releases) after the release of 16 F 1.4 and 10-24; I highly doubt that the new 16 f2.8 can approach. We are faced with a lens that offers extraordinary sharpness across the frame, no distortion and chromatic aberrations. Exceptional for interiors, architecture, landscapes and, why not, street too. Sometimes I think of selling it but then I know I regret it, because this quality in a body so small, light and transportable in the Fuji system is not there. Fits perfectly on my X-T20 and marries the full mirrorless concept. sent on February 22, 2019 |
