Mi occupo del settore della ristorazione, dell'economia e del marketing, promuovo eventi gastronomico-culturali e desidero con tutto il cuore proteggere e ridare vita agli antichi sapori e alle ricette tradizionali locali venete che, con il tempo, stanno scomparendo (ciò vale per qualsiasi regione, l'Italia è l'eccellenza culinaria in ogni suo aspetto, va protetta).
Mi piace la natura e la sua perfezione, un sistema ciclico che di anno in anno si evolve regalando a chi ama, come me, animali e piante, la possibilità di staccare un po' dalla vita quotidiana e ricordarsi che dopotutto siamo anche noi degli animali. Credo che solo esplorando il "vero mondo", ovvero quello che la natura ha creato, potremo capire che cosa noi siamo realmente.
La natura va capita. La natura va rispettata. La natura non perdona.
