![]() | Sony A7 IV Pros: Improved ergonomics, buttons finally accessible, with ease, to the touch, RAW very malleable, menu redone from scratch, sharpness and still sharpness never seen before Cons: I paid for a video section, probably of a high standard, which I will NEVER use! Opinion: Half a century of Nikon cameras (up to the D750), two years of A7III the qualitative leap and usability are undeniable. FAST AND PRECISE AF, RAW files of incredible cleanliness with a sharpness to leave you speechless, even if you have not yet tried it with GM lenses - Menu complete and detailed; here I would have liked the possibility of having a reduced menu with the main items and an extended one, but I will do mine and the problem is solved. Finally a sensor protection when changing lenses, with the A7III the risk of sensor smearing was constant. The price is consistent with the quality of the product and the performance offered net that, of the video sector, I do not do anything! Satisfied with the purchase. sent on January 01, 2022 |
![]() | Sony A7 III Pros: Weight, build quality, excellent raw files, lightning-fast autofocus Cons: Menu and, again, menu, poor ergonomics due to size. Opinion: I come from a half century of Nikon (from the F to the D750), struck by the possibilities of autofocus, the silent shooting and all the customizations that an ML allows. Now I leave it for the A7 IV and it deserves a comment. For me it was a real leap into the future, shooting in manual and "evaluating" live how the result file will be, forgetting about the light meter, fixing time and aperture for "that" shot and playing on the ISO for the exposure gave a nice qualitative impulse to my shots. It's worth all the money it costs. sent on November 26, 2021 |
![]() | Venus Laowa 9mm f/5.6 FF RL Pros: Lightness, build quality Cons: For now, nothing Opinion: Received a couple of days. "elegant" packaging, a lens that looks very well finished, sliding but not ladle, diaphragms with "click" well perceptible. Optical cap with an excellent internal grip without lock clicks (I appreciate it for losing the Sigma cap 12/24 that was peeled for gravity alone). I'll update with more ingrained impressions... sent on August 15, 2020 |
