![]() | Lowepro ProTactic BP 450 AW II Pros: Capacity, Shoulder straps, Lumbar band, Frame rigidity Cons: Heaviness, Cost, It is not waterproof except with the dedicated cover, Pockets Opinion: Bought a few months ago to carry long lenses and a pair of camera bodies, during a trip. The backpack can comfortably accommodate a pair of mirrorless camera bodies with mounted lenses and various accessories. It is comfortable on the shoulders even if rather loaded, the lumbar belt helps to unload the weight well. Using it I realized, although very convenient to carry, when you have to take the equipment you need to rest on the ground (which I do not like very much). The upper aperture is very wide, but pulling out the machine with a long canvas requires some stunts. The sides of the backpack, in my opinion, being rounded are not very exploitable, that is, you lose useful volume especially when you insert a camera body into the lower pockets. With the classic arrangement of the padding (the one presented in the picture) two areas are created that are not accessible except from the rear opening. I also felt the lack of small pockets to insert batteries or small accessories. A lack that unfortunately I find in all photographic backpacks and also in this is the lack of impermiability if not with the rain cover that prevents access. In conclusion it is a sturdy backpack, with a lot of load capacity, quite well made but still with room for improvement to be perfect. sent on November 30, 2022 |
