![]() | Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Pros: Blurred, building, sharpness Cons: Weight, size, construction ... would have been nice was being tropicalized perspective reportage. Opinion: I waited for about 1 year before reviewing this perspective in order to get an idea as complete as possible. I bought the 35 art because I was close with 50 Sigma F1.4 (not art), which at the time was by far my favorite glass. The idea was to use it as a handyman for street and landscape. In these 12 months has the optics, which waited far longer attached to my camera, so I sold 50 because of its total inactivity, not because of the focal but for the clarity that if first I considered very good, was become totally unsatisfactory after getting used to the 35! The contrast between the crispness of focus parts and cremisità of blurry from a great personality to the images; I really like the colors, saturated but realistic. A ta sticker enough but in a really nice ... well, I'm excited. We now come to hand, starting from the most obvious ones: such optical quality, involves a weight and a decidedly important footprint. It is difficult to paxed unnoticed and deserves to work balanced the battery grip on the camera, making things worse. Last I inserted between the pros and cons, it is the construction: the aim is all metal and glass (except for the lens hood) and looks like a Zeiss. Nevertheless I had a problem of attack basculanto the reflex, fixed under warranty (prompt and courteous service to-Service). Overall, however, I would do the purchase 100 times and I can not recommend it to anyone who wants a no-compromise results. sent on February 04, 2016 |
![]() | Fujifilm FinePix XP80 Pros: Easy to use (I bought it for my daughter 5 years); Picture quality in good lighting conditions; good movies; waterproof; value for money Cons: picture with low light; lack of manual adjustments; wi-fi impractical; stabilizer not very effective Opinion: I bought this camera for my daughter instead of the XP150 which was flooded by the sea (my fault that I did not realize the detachment of a part of the outer casing before taking her into the water). Compared to the previous model the main advantages are: monitor definitely improved (not the top but does not leave disappointed); improvement of the video equipment; presence of wi-fi (although quite comfortable cumbersome in connection and basic functions). The main limitation of this camera is the management of low-light ... limps a lot here. The main reason that led me to the purchase of this camera is the value for money ... the cost of an entry-level (about € 150) will have decent performance. To do better in this area of ??waterproof cameras, you must shell out twice or more (AW Nikon and Olympus). sent on August 14, 2015 |
![]() | Sigma 50mm f/1.4 EX DG HSM Pros: Sharpness, blur, building Cons: Sensitivity to problems of F / B focus Opinion: Before purchasing the 50 f1.8 Canon lens I had and tried the Canon 50 f1.4 always. In the first story there is of course, the second I liked but the Sigma amazed me. It has an incredible sharpness already at f1.4 (hey, some compare it to the Canon f1.2L). It has a great autofocus, fast and quiet. The build quality is excellent and it affects the weight but it does not bother me at all! Having to look for a flaw, I can only think that some samples suffer from front or back focus primarily on Canon. For me it is a minor problem because it can be corrected in the room (for the bodies that have the micro adjustment), send in assistance to calibrate or, as in my case, you get used to get a reference that takes account of the movement the point of MAF. Highly recommended! sent on March 18, 2012 |
![]() | Canon 60D Pros: Display, ergonomics, durability, overall performance Cons: Noise not always under control Opinion: Possess it for a couple of months. I evaluated before buying 50D and 7D. Compared to these bodies, the only gap that I have (for my needs) are the micro af adjustment and joystick integrated in the multi controller which is not always as comfortable as the original solution, despite the overall ergonomics and solid feel that disseminates are excellent. The performance of the sensor is great if the exposure is perfect. Unlike brings out your digital noise at ISO 100 and loses detail. It 'a machine that would not recommend to people just starting out and probably a pro would feel tight. I am an amateur enthusiast. sent on February 22, 2012 |
