![]() | Nikon AF-S DX 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED Pros: Price - weight - defocusing Cons: Maximum aperture - overall quality - brightness Opinion: I am writing this review because there are not other, even if you are not a professional photographer so I take the liberty to describe how I found myself with this zoom: Definitely a lens entry-level great start as it allows you to switch between a wide angle to a moderate modest without having to change the optical zoom, the overall quality of the lens is not very high and feels great in low light conditions, the maximum aperture hangs on 3.5 so it is not very bright, the motor for the focus, however, is not very noisy and in my opinion quite fast compared to other af-s, accurate especially at longer focal lengths contained. In the manual focus is achieved by means of a ring placed in the initial part of the lens. Zooming is not Smoothly but if you do not run too fast you can get carried away. My final judgment is that it is a good lens for those who are still trying to figure out what focal lengths you prefer, the price is really interesting and you will find many used,Teuto with a little 'care and also the body a little' "plasticky" holds up very well to the sent on August 05, 2014 |
