manfrotto_compact_actionManfrotto Compact Action

Pros: Compactness, Price, Quick Release, height (180cm max. Extension), Quality Manfrotto

Cons: Legs fully extended, perhaps too thin.

Opinion: Easel defined entry level but not to anything to do with the latter in my opinion. Very well built, very competitive price, only flaw the last section of the legs at first glance seems fragile but in field trials has never given problems. The quality Manfrotto you see and feel all at the expense of other brands that offer inferior products at higher prices. Highly recommended for those on a budget but want to have the same in a high quality. Higher than the above, exceeds 170cm.

nikon_55-200dxNikon AF-S DX 55-200mm f/4-5.6 G ED

Pros: Weight and size, price, Sharpness, AF

Cons: Not very bright, plastic construction

Opinion: Summarize, 55-200 really a compact, sturdy despite being built in plastic, the rings good, not great colors, responsive autofocus. Sharp fall in the average performance slightly in the absence of the accomplice 200mm VR although all things being under the 1/60 sec. we can obtain the same good pictures as long as you have a steady hand, otherwise you have to shoot with safety times (<1/125) which leads to increase the ISO. In conclusion it is an economic objective that plays very well work, I prefer it to his successor with VR for one more soft focus and because later on the VR is not truly effective.

nikon_18-55dx_vr2Nikon AF-S DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 G VR II

Pros: Quite Bright, color rendition, sharpness

Cons: For many it is a problem, PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION, for me it is not!

Opinion: I'll be concise; compact, well solid, the rings are prefette, sharpness and beautiful colors, virtually no aberrations at all focal lengths; 55mm drop in performance slightly. The only flaw is that trascurabilissima, considering the price, it is the plastic construction. I know I'm picky and want things snapshots, but in my opinion the AF is slightly uncertain. Rated 9 -
