![]() | Nikon Coolpix A1000 Pros: Portability of course, large focal range 24-84o (the 28 indicated in the data sheet above is wrong) and the lens seems to me of quality at all focal lengths, discreet autofocus. Excellent articulated screen with touch functions. Everything you need is there and everything is in your pocket! Cons: The sensor of this small size has its limitations, of course. The viewfinder is also very small. I find it dramatically complicated to manage manual focus but it can also be a limitation of mine that I am not familiar with focus peaking and attached procedures. Opinion: I bought it for a month and I always carry it with me when I want to travel lightly, especially when I go out with the mountain bike. The machine works very well but as already mentioned I quarrel with the manual focus: I will have to study it better. I posted the photo of the Moon so you can realize how it makes it at the maximum focal ... and to me it seems excellent. Aesthetically not beautiful but not so ugly (mine is black and seems better than bi-color), I am satisfied with the purchase and I would also recommend it for those who want to travel ultralight without "reducing" to using the smartphone! ![]() | Nikon AF 70-210mm f/4-5.6 Pros: Well built, excellent material quality, good sharpness .... and still stylish despite its years. Cons: Given the cost you can find it today as you find fault with it! Opinion: Purchased on the advice of my friend photographer I usually serve, I enjoy it a lot on both the D610 and the D300. I'm nothing but a "technical" and I'm not doing refined discourse, but frankly I find it more than discreet in the range (not very wide) of the focal points it offers. Also discreet for the macro. sent on November 02, 2017 |
