![]() | Panasonic G9 II Pros: Stabilization, file quality, key customization, very comfortable half-shot release, excellent recognition of people, animal faces, unparalleled high resolution shooting, excellent viewfinder. Cons: Some creaking coming from the SD card compartment door, very slow at the first start even over two seconds, slow with zuiko 90 mm macro, good ergonomics but not great for my hands. Opinion: I am happy owner of both an OM 1 II and this fantastic G9 II and I must say that they are both excellent, the first faster with unbeatable ergonomics, the second slightly slower but with a file quality, especially in high resolution, never seen on mft (I'm always talking only about RAW). Despite the increase in resolution, the behavior at high ISO is similar to the OM1 ii, however, both can be used up to ISO 6400 for almost clean and detailed prints up to resolutions of 100 pixels/cm (over 50 cm long side) using new digital noise control (AI) technologies. Improved battery life. sent on April 09, 2024 |
