tamron_28-75iii_f2-8g2Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2

Pros: Light, bright, AF speed, price.

Cons: It's very sharp but I thought better...

Opinion: Purchased after reading dozens of reviews and various comparisons. I photographed several concerts with nikon z6 and 24 70 f/4 thanks also to the excellent high ISO resistance of the camera. I decided to take a 2.8 to be able to better manage the times. Discarding a priori the 24-70 f/2 8 z series S for cost reasons, I found myself having to decide between the nikon z 28-75 and this Tamron which have more or less the same price. I found it an excellent optic, light, with lightning-fast autofocus and if possible with colors, in my opinion, slightly more saturated than nikon z. What I didn't expect was the (albeit not striking) difference in sharpness. I took 10 photos in auto mode with Tamron 28-75 f/2 8 Di III VXD G2 and 10 identical with Nikon z 24-70 f/4 S..... Well, the photos compared and enlarged on different details are sharper with the Nikon.... at least at TA. However, the fact remains that, in my opinion, Tamron's G2 is a truly high-level lens.
