![]() | Canon RF 35mm f/1.8 Macro IS STM Pros: Sharpness, easy handling, weight, Af, relatively low cost. Cons: The front end that moves continuously but is not a problem. Battery that runs out much sooner if you leave the autofocus. Opinion: The front is constantly trying to focus and consumes more battery. I solved it by changing the selector to Manual when I'm not photographing. For the rest it is excellent. The colors it returns are a fairy tale and, of course, it allows you decent shutter speeds. The 1.8 aperture is the top, I still found no faults despite taking the lens second-hand. sent on March 21, 2025 |
![]() | Canon EOS R10 Pros: Versatile, weighty, intuitive. Cons: Battery not very durable, lack of a second ring. Lack of stabilization. Opinion: I've been using it for 2 months, a gift from my children, I come from analogue and therefore from one world to another. I am satisfied with the versatility and intuition of the controls but the kit lens (18-150mm) does not do it justice. I'm trying to take photos avoiding automatisms and I must admit that it was a surprise. The level index in percentage of the battery is not there and therefore if you use a lot the zoom can leave you on foot and also for this reason I bought another one. The Bokeh was a welcome surprise. All in all it is quite pleasant if used by trusting the internal exposure meter. I think I will buy a more performing but used lens. sent on September 22, 2024 |
