![]() | Zeiss ZE/ZF.2 Distagon T* 21mm f/2.8 Pros: Optical quality and construction; fluidity of the ring focus; maximum aperture. Cons: Difficulties in finding accessories; vignetting at RT; slight distortion. Opinion: I own a few weeks ago and this lens can only be satisfied purchase. rnL'obiettivo is constructed impeccably, only glass and metal, a real rock. Rotate the focus ring to focus on is something exceptional, no Canon lens gives you this feeling. The ring of the distances is very precise and once set to infinity are sure you have the perfect focus to infinity. This is a great advantage for people like me who snaps several pictures at night: you rotate the dial to infinity and you're done, you do not lose time to experiment focusing on the stars (for example). I find it very versatile focal RNLA more airy than the classic 24mm 14/15mm without going to the extreme of which is often very difficult to gestire.rnPer only as far as quality optics nothing to object already at f/2.8 is a knife edge to board then utilizzabilissimo even at maximum aperture. Closing the diaphragm improves slightly but is already really good at RT. It suffers a little 'vignettature at the widest apertures and the distortion is noticeable even if the software have the profile to correct it (eg, Lightroom). I have not noticed chromatic aberrations even in situations of high contrast and backlighting. As for the flare I found it in the picture with direct light in the frame, but still well controlled. Also great for creative use given the minimum focusing distance fuoco.rnSto having difficulty in finding the original lens hood, because (I assume) the limited diffusion of Zeiss lenses compared to brands like Canon, Nikon, Sigma. sent on February 02, 2014 |
