![]() | Manfrotto Compact MKC3-H01 Pros: Lightness, small dimensions when closed, maximum length when extended, quick release plate. Cons: Maximum load. Locking systems. Ergonomic grip joystick. Opinion: I bought this tripod for my first entry level, a Canon EOS 450D. The maximum load of 1.5 kg immediately proved to be not really suitable for any SLR, albeit light and with a simple 18-55 mounted on top. Now I have a Nikon D600 and I absolutely had to replace it with another Manfrotto. I liked the idea of the ergonomic grip but over time it turned out to be more uncomfortable than many other heads and even the locking systems never gave much security. Among the positive notes, in addition to being light, the measures when closed and at maximum extension still reaching an excellent height. The quick release plate is very convenient and firm when fixed. Not everyone knows it but the head despite being fixed, removing the rubber at the bottom, can be pulled out with the whole column and turn into an excellent grip to shoot videos. sent on February 12, 2022 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S 85mm f/1.8 G Pros: Lightweight, bright, sharp. Spectacular Bokeh. Cons: Minimum focusing distance. Opinion: Mounted on Nikon D600: wonderful lens, light, bright, sharp. Af rather quick. Definitely excellent value for money. Very good construction. The minimum focusing distance can sometimes be uncomfortable in some situations and suffers slightly from chromatic aberrations, a defect that can be easily solved in post production. Tropicalized, compact, with a filter diameter of 67mm. In the second-hand market it is quietly found at 300 euros as new. Very satisfied. sent on February 10, 2022 |
