![]() | Tamron SP 70-200mm f/2.8 Di VC USD G2 Pros: Sharpness, color rendering, bokeh, three-level stabilization, materials Cons: Vignetting at 2.8, weight and dimensions Opinion: Bought new at 1000 euros, practically the price of a good used. As big and heavy as it is, it's pretty much the lens I use the most mounted on the 1dxmII. At the expense of what you might think, I find it fantastic for the street. Beautiful colors, excellent blurred and not being particularly bold in entering the scene, this focal length still allows me to get where without not arriving. Wonderful also for portraits. I preferred it to the Sigma 70-200 because having other lenses diameter 77 I can adapt the filters I already had. A lens to have necessarily in your kit, for me it is now irreplaceable. Very heavy and bulky, but it is the price that you pay for the opening, the build quality and this level of stabilization. Under 1000€ is a bargain. sent on January 03, 2022 |
