Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG DN Art Pros: Rendered already at full aperture, microcontrast, pleasantness of the blur, from f/1.6-1.8 it already becomes stellar. Cons: It's a landline and you're stuck at 35, but you know this before you buy it. Opinion: As I have already written, excellent lens, soft blur, and excellent rendering at full aperture. Already from f/1.6-1.8 you can feel a change of pace and increase microcontrast and sharpness. It already starts well at full opening, then it goes further. The autofocus is quick, even though it's not a sports lens. Put on sale (even if I'm not 100% convinced) because in the end I use it on the go and I need more versatility (a zoom, but I'll definitely lose quality) sent on 12 Febbraio 2026 |

Tamron 17-28mm f/2.8 Di III RXD Pros: sharpness in the general center, resistance to flare and crazy back-sun, weight, af Cons: It loses a little at the extreme edges at full opening, but closing a little resolves. Opinion: It's my fixed hooked lens on travel. An excellent af, an excellent resistance to flare, almost impossible to tick even looking for it on purpose. I find it very clear at full opening, in the spectacular center, at the extreme edges it loses a little, but closing the diaphragm a little recovers. I had taken it initially, because I was looking for a 24mm and I discovered the beauty of 20 and 17mm. I must say I really like it, the only flaw, is that it stops at 28, but this is known before buying it. I use it with a7rIII so a demanding sensor. Construction level I find it good, obvious that it is not a GM but it is built well. It gives me a good feeling that lasts over time. sent on 08 Settembre 2023 |

Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DG DN Art Pros: sharpness, size, blurred Cons: cap, hood minimum focusing distance (solvable in cropping, but there is) Opinion: I have to say really good 85mm. Beautiful yield, beautiful blurred. Sharp already at full aperture, stellar beyond f / 2.The distortion you hear about is not noticeable in real use. When you shoot with this lens, you see, you get a nice wow effect. The cap is painful and the hood huge. Good autofocus. sent on 17 Agosto 2023 |

Sony FE 70-200 f/4 G OSS Pros: Fast autofocus, sharpness, weight Cons: stabilization not as effective as stated but not bad either, we are on the order of 2 stops Opinion: We hear good and bad things about this perspective. As for my specimen, it is sharp and the autofocus is very fast even in the most sporty situations. (children's matches, nothing like that, rugby and skating). Tested alongside the 70-180 tamron, the autofocus is superior. It seems well built to me and is not too heavy sent on 17 Agosto 2023 |

Tamron 150-500mm f/5-6.7 Di III VC VXD Pros: Autofocus, weight and size (for the lens that is, it is a 150-500 and also handheld shots), sharpness, stabilization. Cons: I would say nothing to say, except that freehand, after a few hours, it makes itself felt. (but it is also a 150-500) Opinion: Great optics. I've tried it on a couple of occasions for sports photos (on a7r3) and I must say that it goes great. I was impressed by the stabilization; Used in Mode 3 is very valid. Well built, monopod tripod mount already in the ark. Before taking this, I tried it alongside the 200-600. Tests outside the store, but I saw no differences, and the weight and maneuverability led the choice in favor of this (the 200-600 I, personally, did not hold it well in my hand). It was not only a price choice, there was also a used, practically new. I was satisfied. sent on 02 Luglio 2023 |
