![]() | Panasonic S1 Pros: Massive and very ergonomic body, excellent image and video quality, perfect stabilization, absent noise, 360-degree customization of controls, very valid and highly parametrid autofocus, clear and well-organized menus even if very rich, excellent monitors and sights Cons: Paid video extension a bit annoying. Opinion: Aimed at the release and purchased months later on the occasion of the black friday at a really affordable price, it is the only camera at the moment that allows you to combine photos and videos at very high levels without having to give up anything (with the exception of not having the possibility to draw in the used for optics, being a new system) and without having to open a mortgage. I've been using it for a week, I'm from Canon 6D, and I have to say it's another world, even in image quality and noise management where I thought I found little difference. The files are super workable, clean and defined, the noise does not even emerge to look for it specially (an abyss of difference from the 6D). Beautiful colors (also credit to the "kit" lens 24-105 which is truly superb at all focal lengths), stabilization that allows you to shoot at incredible times, large and excellently functioning viewfinder, not to mention the monitor, embellished by the possibility of various movements. The only flaw (perhaps my lack, at the moment I did not find features that were helpful in the menus and in the booklet) is the use of the monitor under the sun that caused me some difficulties due to the low brightness. The battery I thought lasted less, instead it has a very satisfying life even without setting various modes of energy saving. In the next few days I will thoroughly test my Canon 70-200 f 2.8 IS II with the Sigma mc-21 adapter, let's see if the eyepatch allows a sufficient AF for use in the theater. sent on December 11, 2019 |
