Da piccolissima ero affascinata da una mini macchina fotografica vintage che mia nonna teneva sopra un mobile e ci giocavo.. poi a otto anni le prime foto con una Kodak compatta analogica che mio padre mi perse quando gli chiesi di farmi stampare le foto..
Mi affido all'istinto, sono convinta che l'occhio umano sia la migliore macchina fotografica di sempre, quella più "imbattibile" diciamo.. è l'unica che riesce a cogliere sfumature e cose irripetibili.. l'unico problema è che non gli riesce immortalarli ed allora forse è per questo che occorre ricorrere ad una macchina fotografica!
Ecco, tutti di questi tempi sono fotografi, io no. Come direbbe Bukowski: "Sono una macchina fotografica. E fotografo quello che vedo".
Amo la fotografia, ma a modo mio.
