![]() | Sigma 12-24mm f/4.5-5.6 EX DG HSM Pros: Covered field of view on FF, low weight, solid construction Cons: Sigma materials that covers it, not very sharp at the edges, not very bright. Opinion: Extremely versatile lens for the focal length that can cover on FF, it was my first lens really pushed on FF, it took the place of the Sigma 10-20 that I used previously. Also with this Sigma I found the same problems that I had previously, low light, difficult to use in closed spaces such as poorly lit churches, tends to burn the lights that at least in my case are difficult to recover even in Post Production. at present it is found used at great prices, if you find it I recommend it. to start with the wide angles so important is a great travel companion. L I retired recently replaced with the nikkor 14-24 2.8 but I still keep it in the drawer. sent on December 29, 2021 |
