![]() | Canon 6D Pros: Value for money, handling, image quality Cons: ISO, focus Opinion: After years of canoning at the amateur level, I decided, because of some "commissions", to switch to full frame. Since my budget was not very high I was immediately oriented to the purchase of an old guard with insured performance to accompany some good lenses. So I threw myself into the fantastic world of the used. Coming from a 700D (entry level aps-c) the jump was really remarkable; speed and quietness of shooting, robustness of the body, handling of the controls and of course a quality of images that does not even allow comparison. Despite the difference in performance I have to admit that I expected something more. The biggest criticism I have to do to the focus system. The central point of the crosshairs is really a sniper but the others leave something to be desired and not little. I don't think aiming and recomposing is the right way to take a shot. I read that the machine holds up well even at high ISOs, but honestly when I exceed 2000 I do not find many shots completely acceptable. I conclude by saying that the car is in my hands for only a couple of weeks. I hope in time I can think again. sent on September 18, 2019 |
