Monitor RGB on internet in Discussion Forum

Hi dear friends.
Few days ago i purchase an Eizo monitor the ColorEdge CS2420.I work on RGB color space.Colors looks perfect on photoshop but when i need to upload on internet looks terrible...i know internet is for Srgb color profile,i also convert on photoshop the Rgb to srgb and save for web devices but problem exist :( does anyone else working with RGB monitor??

Dear friends ,
I am intrested about this tripod Manfrotto MT055CXPRO4 carbon fibre,does anynone have it or use it before? My big problem is the stability and i want to know if its stable enough. I usually do shootings with bracketing so stability its very important for me, I have the Nikon d800 & Nikkor 14-24mm.
If anyone work with this tripod and can give me some infos i will be very happy.
