![]() | Nikon AF-S DX 55-200mm f/4-5.6 G VR II Pros: Light, cheap and flexible Cons: Unclear Opinion: I bought this telephoto lens for about 100 euros used and sold it (regret me) for a few euros more because I needed a different lens. All in all, it does its duty; it's not a blade, but no matter how much it costs it's not expected to be. It's plastic, but it still feels like it can last. It's not bright, especially at 200mm, but even that was known, and the light telephotos cost a lot more. Featherweight, reduced footprint and VR are his workhorses. Recommended for those who want to start holding a telephoto phone. All in all, he does his job and it's worth giving him a chance. If you have more availability and more "challenging" machine bodies better look for more, if not I recommend it. The autofocus isn't very fast (and makes a bit of noise) but if you don't take sports photos that won't affect the end result. sent on June 11, 2020 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S DX 35mm f/1.8 G Pros: Price, lightness quality, speed Cons: Not suitable for making videos (but not built for this) Opinion: Slightly lower quality than the magnificent 50 mm f/1.8 but otherwise the same is true. Autofocus accurate and fast, very sharp lens although looking at it has a cheap look that maybe distrusts it a little. But being cheap is a big plus. You buy it and resell it at the same price. It has a minimal footprint (it goes in your pocket) and weighs very little. Great bokeh and great sharpness. One of those lenses that, together with the 50mm f/1.8 MUST NOT be missing in a photographer's kit. It is preferred in the street area compared to the 50 mm especially in the dx because it is a bit wider. Great for portraits although slightly lower, as mentioned, at 50 mm. ![]() | Nikon AF-S 50mm f/1.8 G Pros: Quality, lightness, price, weight, feeling, resaleability Cons: Nothing Opinion: It's my favorite optics, no doubt. The photos have a wonderful "pasta", I love the files that it churns out. Incredible sharpness, (unimaginable if we consider the price) very light and pocket: you will always want to take it with you, and if mounted on the machine it will be a joy to hold it on your shoulder. The blurry is amazing, better (in my opinion) than the more expensive and emblazoned f/1.4. In my opinion it is inconceivable not to have it in its kit, it costs very little and for portraits it is almost perfect. Fun is guaranteed with this lens. I found it "used" (it was 2 months and therefore almost 4 years of Nital guarantee) at 150 degrees; if I had to sell it, it would take me a few hours at the same price. Accurate and fast autofocus. You'll love it. Vote 10 sent on June 10, 2020 |
![]() | Nikon AF-S DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 G ED VR Pros: Price quality ratio, focal excursion, lightness, well-built Cons: Slight 18mm distortion Opinion: I tried it mounted on my father's D90 and I have to say that it churns out good photographs. Later I bought it for my D5200 which was equipped with the 18-55. The difference with the latter is considerable; it is much sharper, although the economic difference is not high and considering that the weight is not excessive is the all-rounder lens to prefer for many DX (except of course the top of the range that deserve goals of the same quality line). It distorts a little at 18 mm, but this is predictable and still not excessively and since I never shoot at that focal point for me is an uninfluential defect. They take home great photographs, it is well done and although not very bright it can be used in almost all conditions. (If you want a bright lens you usually opt for a fixed lens). I would recommend it, especially for those who travel since it is flexible and light. It is also stabilized, other added value, and of course it has autofocus. It will make you have fun sent on June 10, 2020 |
