![]() | Canon EF 70-210mm f/4 Pros: Sharpness, price, yield of focus Cons: Ring MF-looking "delicate" Opinion: Paid a ridiculous figure on ebay (100 €), knowing well his good appointment, even went beyond my expectations. A 70mm has already a nice sharpness to f4 which further improves turning a bit '(5-5.6 onwards). It loses a bit 'towards the maximum focal length: usually I avoid going over the 185 / 200mm.rnrnMio father its close relative 50-200 f3.5-5.6 and had problems with the dial. Knowing this, I'm careful not to force it, and I never had inconvenienti.rnrnPer those with limited budget and want to start raising the bar is a must! sent on September 04, 2016 |
![]() | Canon 20D Pros: Robust, no "frills", ergonomic, made of soft and harmonious sensor. AF accurate and fast enough if understood and used properly. Cons: 8mp and little resistance to high ISO, but at the time that passed the convent. No spot metering. Opinion: Happy owner of a 20D to a little over two years, I like sports photography in the context of the motors with attached photos statiche.rnLa I find very important, which is only good when shooting on the track. I find the AF much more precise of my ex-1000D and 1100D; if necessary, use the AF stop button. RNLA color rendering and tone I find it very good and very comfortable to work in PP. I like the warm tones that pulls out, with little saturated blacks: they remind me of the films I've taken the first steps. rnrnPenso that will change in the future for a 5D mk2 to have more quality with a similar color rendering (and obviously even better) sent on September 04, 2016 |
