Great shot, really very impressive this eclipse of the Sun!
The total solar eclipse is a phenomenon surely particular species for the atmosphere that is created in the environment surrounding the phenomenon, which is kind of surreal.
Again congratulations.

Bella! I I photographed 4 of total eclipse ... 1999,2001,2006,2008 and two annular Scotland Spain 2003 and 2006, but none of these was so low that you can insert an element in the recovery of landscape, only one in Madagascar in 2001 was low (at dusk) but was setting over the sea. ...
If you think your in Patagonia envy you bad :)
next November in Australia :)))) great Kiara

Grazie Thomas e Canopo!

Chiara

Thanks Thomas and Canopus!

Canopus, this eclipse was in fact particularly because of its height above the horizon, but the risk of losing very high. The first reason was his lack of height, not knowing the local horizon and having no way to make a soprallugo first, we went to luck, choosing a location as high as possible. And then the weather in Patagonia at that time gave a 1% chance of good weather ... we had a crazy fortune, was the day the clearest of all the past two weeks in Argentina! The ring in Spain that perhaps you saw was that of 2005, I was able to see it too, but that's nothing compared to the total. It is I who envy you for all 4!

a greeting,

Clear
