Si il salmone era vivo, era appena tirato fuori dall'acqua.
Davvero belli......e buoni.
Era il piatto principale anche per noi, al kuril.
La carne è molto rossa, con un gusto molto più delicato e buono rispetto i salmoni norvegesi, che siamo abituati a mangiare in Italia. Non parliamo delle uova..... Da urlo!!! Ci tornerei anche per il cibo. 
Pensate che siamo rimasti due giorni in più al kurile lake, in ostaggio del meteo, gli elicotteri non potevano volare e noi non potevamo fotografare, in quanto il nostro permesso era terminato, Essendo le nostre razioni di cibo quasi finite.......i ranger hanno pescato 2 salmoni che ci siamo mangiati in tutte le salse, cominciando dalle ovette per colazione sul pane imburrato.... ecc, ecc. E' stata la più bella avventura della mia vita.

It salmon was alive, it was just pulled out of the water.
Really beautiful ...... and good.
It was the main dish for us, the Kuril.
The meat is very red, with a more delicate taste very good and compared the Norwegian salmon, which we used to eat in Italy. Not to mention the eggs ..... Hot Stuff !!! I would go back for the food. :-P:-P:-P
Do you think we stayed two days longer in the Kurile lake, in a hostage of the weather, the helicopter could not fly and we could not take pictures, because our permission was finished, Being our food rations almost finished ...... .i rangers have caught 2 salmon that we have eaten in many different ways, starting with ovette for breakfast on buttered bread .... etc, etc.. E 'was the most bshe adventure of my life.

Anche per me è stata una bellissima avventura! Malgrado il tempo brutto e quindi la mancanza di bella luce, l'esperienza e gli incontri ravvicinati con gli orsi sono indimenticabili!
Even for me it was a great adventure! Despite the bad weather, and so the lack of good light, and experience close encounters with bears are unforgettable!
