Per effetto cosa intendi? Se ti riferisci al mosso e all'effetto "trasparenza" delle persone, sempre dovuto al loro movimento, basta scattare con un tempo lento.
Se non ricordo male qui ho usato un tempo di 1/8 di secondo.
Per questa foto ho usato una vecchia fotocamera a pellicola, completamente manuale.
Se avessi usato una reflex digitale non cambiava molto, l'unica accortezza è quella di sottoesporre rispetto la lettura dell'esposimetro e chiaramente un uso a priorità di tempi o manuale.
