viaggio molto affascinate e particolare con grandi possibilità fotografiche (panorami, monasteri e persone spesso in abiti tradizionali). Se vuoi non faticare troppo resta nella zona di leh dove ci sono hotel e guesta house di buon livello. se vuoi invece un pò di avventura e monasteri quasi privi di turisti vai nella valle dello zanskar o nella valle di nubra. Io mi sono appoggiato all'agenzia dragon tour di Leh, affidabile ed economica (http://www.dragontours.in/). Se sei allenato puoi fare trekking da un giorno fino a 7 o più giorni, esperienza bellissima ma che richiede un pò di allenamento per le camminate in montagna in quota (4000m). Se vuoi vedere tutte le foto del mio tour vai sul mio sito.

If you do not want to sweat too much it sticks around leh where there are hotels and Guesta house of a good standard. if you really want a bit of adventure and monasteries almost devoid of tourists go in the valley of zanskar or in the valley of nubra. I'm leaning Agency dragon tour of Leh, reliable and cost (http://www.dragontours.in/). If you are trained you can do trekking from one day up to 7 days or more, beautiful experience but that requires a bit of training for walks in the mountains at high altitude (4000m). Grazie, vi assicuro che la foto, benchè riuscita , trasmette solo in parte la bellezza del posto. L'altipiano è a 4000m e le vette sui 7000
