ciao

Despite the cut a little 'unusual picture I do not mind, I would have preferred a little' more air at the top and, if possible, also include what is below.
hello

ciao

You are right to post your photos.
About the cut I would like to tell you something.
When I see this photo I see a bad cut in half on the houses, the fact that there was a car parked below does not change anything, there is always a bad cut.
When you need to go down to force a compromise in deciding the composition of a photo because there are elements that we want to avoid including must try to compose a photo still respecting certain rules of basic composition.
For example, if you want to photograph a beautiful person but you want to avoid including the horrible shoes on his feet did not have to cut at the ankles but finding an acceptable compromise, then an American or a beautiful picture, and the excuse of cutting horrible just because right there was something that bothered not hold anything, but just never.

In the case of your photo you should look for another composition, perhaps in the vertical, or a narrower field, or a field width moreor that describes well the urban scene that presented itself in front of you, including cars.
