ciao, riduco le dimensioni dell'immagine tenendo il lato lungo di 1200 pixel. Dopo recupero un po' del dettaglio che si perde con la riduzione usando il comando "contrasta migliore", senza esagerare. Poi uso l'opzione di Ps "salva per web e dispositivi" e imposto un valore di compressione adatto ad ottenere una dimensione non superiore a 380 kb(la massima consentita per caricare le foto qui).
