Ciao Peter, grazie del passaggio e del gentile commento.
Per quanto riguarda la luna per togliere l'effetto stellina ho ritagliato la parte interna della stessa dalla foto originale e copiata su un nuovo livello sfumando leggermente i bordi della selezione. Poi ho applicato un nuovo livello fuso con metodo normale al 60% ricreando con una sfumatura l'alone attorno alla luna dato dall'umidità presente nell'aria chiaramente campionando lo stesso colore della luna.
In questo modo ho ottenuto una luna senza l'effetto stellina.

Hello Peter, thanks for the changeover and the kind comment.
Regarding the moon to remove the effect star I cut the inner part of the same from the original photo and copied to a new level slightly blurring the edges of the selection. Then I applied a new layer fused with normal method to 60% with a tinge recreating the halo around the moon since moisture from the air sampling clearly the same color of the moon.
In this way I got a moon without the effect starlet.
