Non sarà il migliore, ma è il più semplice.
Con PS apri il RAW. Poi in alto a dx terza icona da sx > Dettagli > Riduzione Disturbo > Regoli il cursore Luminanza > eventualmente per recuperare un po' di nitidezza, nella finestra > Nitidezza > Fattore.
