Il biacco si è introdotto nel nido dei gruccioni ed ha predato un pullo nonostante i frenetici voli dei genitori attorno allo sbocco della galleria nel disperato tentativo di difendere la prole. Per almeno dieci minuti successivi il serpente ha tentato in tutti i modi di inghiottirlo, senza successo, per lo meno fino a quando non si è spostato in un zona non visibile dalla mia postazione. Non credo comunque che ci sia riuscito successivamente, date le dimensioni eccessive della preda.
