Foto fantastica per atmosfera, presenza umana, luce, scenario, geometrie, forme.
La confusione presente sul primo piano caratterizzata dai troppi elementi associate alle onde sullo sfondo raccontano le difficoltà della vita... secondo il mio modesto parere.

Ciao Felux.. grazie! Il tuo commento mi da speranza.. ciò che volevo raccontare con questo scatto è arrivato. Un bel tramonto sull'oceano, una bellezza che rimane tale anche se in realtà la foto ritrae un uomo che si lava tra i resti di un molo, su una spiaggia piena di detriti di ferro e cemento. Mentre scattavo mi sono chiesto, chissà se quell'uomo, mentre si lava, apprezza la bellezza della scena e se anche lui si distrae a gurdare il tramonto dimenticando la sua vita e tutte le difficoltà quotidiane. Mi piace pensare che sia così..

Hello Felux .. thanks! Your comment gives me hope .. what I wanted to tell with this shot is reached. A beautiful sunset over the ocean, a beauty that remains so even if in reality the photo depicts a man who washes among the remains of a pier on a beach full of debris of iron and concrete. While I was taking, I asked myself, I wonder if that man, while you wash, appreciate the beauty of the scene and if he is distracted at Gurd sunset forgetting his life and all the daily difficulties. I like to think so ..;-)

secondo me la frase di H.C.B. calza a pennello in questo tuo scatto: "Fotografare è riconoscere nello stesso istante e in una frazione di secondo un evento e il rigoroso assetto delle forme percepite con lo sguardo che esprimono e significano tale evento. È porre sulla stessa linea di mira la mente, gli occhi e il cuore. È un modo di vivere."
ed inoltre queste parole citate in un brano dei Simple Minds , riguardano invece l'osservatore esterno: "Somewhere there is some place, that one million eyes can't see and somewhere there is someone, who can see what I can see" (trad. Da qualche parte c'è un posto che un milione di occhi non riescono a vedere e da qualche parte c'è qualcuno che riesce a vedere quel che vedo io ).
Non vorrei andare OT con troppa retorica, ma credo che questa tua foto meriti le giuste osservazioni da parte di noi tutti.

I think the sentence of HCB fits perfectly in your shooting this: "To photograph is to recognize at the same time and in a fraction of a second an event and the rigorous arrangement of the forms perceived with the eyes that express and signify that event. You put on the same line of sight the mind, eyes and heart.'s a way of life. "
and also these words quoted in a song by Simple Minds concern instead the outside observer: "Somewhere there is some place, That one million eyes can not see and somewhere there is someone, who can see what I can see" (trad . Somewhere there's a place that one million eyes can not see, and somewhere there is someone who can see what I see ).
Not vorrei go OT with too much rhetoric, but I think this photo deserves your comments to the right of us all.

Grazie Felux per la riflessione.. ultimamente mi è venuto il dubbio di non essere granché capace di comunicare con le mie foto, cioè finché i concetti sono semplici e immediati ("che bel tramonto") ok.. ma se si parla di storie un po' più complesse, la cosa si fa dura.. Nella seconda parte del tuo commento introduci il concetto (semplifico) del "dipende da chi guarda".. è vero ma una foto, se veramente ben fatta, dovrebbe arrivare a tutti (o forse no.. bho non lo so più).
Comunque, senza scomodare HCB, nel mio piccolo ci provo.. soprattutto mi ostino a cercare di raccontare la complessità delle cose, perché troppo spesso per pigrizia mentale riduciamo tutto a "bello/brutto", "buono/cattivo".
Certo il tempo non aiuta, talento zero e anche la tecnica non sempre è disinvolta come vorrei che fosse.

Thanks Felux for reflection .. lately I came to doubt of not being able to communicate much with my photos, that is until the concepts are simple, straightforward ("What a beautiful sunset") ok .. but if you talk about a story bit 'more complex, it gets hard .. In the second part of your comment you introduce the concept (I simplify) the "depends on the beholder" is true .. but a picture, if really well done, it should reach to all (or maybe not .. bho do not know anymore).
However, without resorting to HCB, in my small way I try .. especially preclude me trying to tell the complexity of things, because all too often mental laziness reducing everything to "good / bad", "good / bad".
Of course the weather does not help, zero talent and also the technique does notis always relaxed as I would like it to be.
