Borgo di Santa Maria del Monte - Fraction of Varese sent on July 22, 2014 (20:53) by Rriccardo. 40 comments, 2257 views. [retina]

, 8 sec f/22.0, ISO 100, tripod.

Nice clip of Richard offers a great glimpse into your Varese, which in this case takes on features similar to the peninsula, congratulations:-P

Only criticism, or rather two so if you happier, perhaps there is too much blue in the shadows and in the same detail, the rest all ok, good:-P

A salutone and see you soon, Michele

Hello Michael, thank you too. Seeking to enhance, to the extent possible, scenically speaking my area that is very diverse and it is also very rich in history and then ... is my land.
For the blue can I have at that stage of change and approach the blue hour shooting but remained in the middle. Perhaps with a little 'patience more than I would have made a phenomenal shot. There ritenterò.

Greetings to you, hello and thanks

Congratulations Richard, one of the most beautiful pictures of the sacred mountain I've ever seen.
Maybe you could groped an upcoming version by cutting down on the roof until the last house to leave a little 'over the sky. I think you would have a feeling of shooting from above.
But it is just another version of a possible shooting very nice.
Congratulations!
Hello!

Hello Silvio, I reduced because the sky behind the bell tower glimpsed the industrial area of ??Induno with its warehouses and so I had to sacrifice in order to give space to the bottom. I realize too that seems to choke a bit '. I knew I would have to use PS cloned the great halls, but I would have gone against my principles. Should this occur the opportunity to show the series taken.
Thanks for the appreciation.
All the best, Richard

You have suggested in your answer why the choice made; not knowing the area I would have said the same things as Silvio.
Going against the pricipi, dare, do not dare; be or not to be ...... this is the problem. But "You were not made to live like brutes, but to follow virtue and knowledge."
A greeting

Hello Henry, thanks for the changeover and the incipit to dare and experiment with new techniques. I'll try. But it is not by chance that you have an ally in Simon? :-D:-D

Good day, Richard

No, maybe I was the stimulus! There'm trying but temperamentally they are not very creative, I'm a person who was described as "black or white" for me the gray did not exist in my role; This led me to working heavy clashes; I did not carry a grudge, but I said a spade a spade spade. I was not accustomed to smile front followed by the stab in the back, if you were wrong I did note in the hope / certainty that this does not happen again but I did not accept the third similar error. This was perhaps my biggest limit; diplomazzia the false and bigoted I do not belong in any of the things I do in the bne or for worse.

Gives me great pleasure what you say and I appreciate very much. I, too, are not accustomed to doing the smile and then badmouth and that's why I like Simon. As already said, I'm not looking for free which I like I do not know what to do, I am looking for constructive criticism because I think the time is in front of me every day less and less and I feel the constant need to improve myself, because it is part of my self go in search of the best. Sometimes I slow down, I sit waiting for the input to plunge into new adventures and with the help of some people on this forum these stimuli are coming. I do not mind that they are few, and I think I'm interested in the quality of starting to find it. Of course I can not be "nice" at all but in the meantime thank you for those like you who do not spare tips and tricks, even though they may sometimes seem harsh, but I assure you I make a planwaxes immense, because they help me to grow. Then it is said to be immediately understood or easy to apply, at least for me, but they serve. So thank you. (Whistle, you've even bothered whom Dante!)

Time and atmosphere really special! Beautiful and not easy given the numerous anthropogenic disturbances of these views.
The Next time do not use f: 22 because it penalizes too much light output, not having a first floor near enough a f: 16.
On the dark parts of the detail is mixed (see also the observation of Gold) and this may be the fault of a shot underexposed and then recovered.
Anyway good to look for these unusual perspectives!
Congratulations :-)

Hilary
