But the most spectacular performance, in my opinion, it was precisely that of Francis Fornabaio (by the way, congratulations X_plane, that eye! ;-)), Who at one point went into the stall, he began cutting and it is left for about 100 meters dash roteandor around the axis of the wings ...
When I took the photo, was waving at the end of the exhibition as it flew low along the beach, scodando as if he was "pulling the handbrake" ... and in the meantime waved. Impressive! Ciao Mauro Mgl e X_plane, l'ho scattata all'Air Extreme di Jesolo nel 2010, un'evento che si svolge lungo tutto il litorale del lido per circa 3 ore di cui, tanto per dare un'idea, l'intera esibizione delle Frecce Tricolori, rappresenta solo una piccola parte.
E' stata un'esperienza affascinante in cui ho potuto vedere anche un Canadair che simulava lo spegnimento di un incendio, un elicottero militare che "galleggiava" sul mare, un Eurofighter che avanzava "impennando" a soli 90 km/h  e soprattutto un Tornado che passava in volo radente a 900 km/h...
Ma l'esibizione più spettacolare, a mio avviso, è stata proprio quella di Francesco Fornabaio (a proposito, complimenti X_plane, che occhio!!  ), che ad un certo punto è andato in stallo, si è messo di taglio e si è lasciato precipitare per circa 100 mt roteando attorno all'asse delle ali...
Quando ho scattato la foto, stava salutando al termine dell'esibizione mentre volava basso, lungo tutta la spiaggia, scodando come se stesse "tirando il freno a mano"... e nel frattempo salutava. Impressionante! |
