Hai ragione riguardo la posizione del soggetto, però è successo che dopo pochi secondi sono entrati in scena altre persone quindi gli scatti sono meno puliti.Per quando riguarda il movimento, se posso, preferisco imprimere un po di movimento ai soggetti, mi da un'idea di dinamicità. personalmente mi piace molto la prospettiva e sono d'accordo con te sul mosso, la posizione del soggetto non mi dispiace invece,potra non essere convenzionale ma per quanto mi riguarda in questa foto funziona,vedi il soggetto e poi percorri le scale con gli occhi (almeno è questo il percorso che ho fatto) come non finissero mai (peccato non fossero continuate per un altro paio di rampe, sarebbe stata perfetta!) complimenti ;-)

I personally really like the perspective and I agree with you on moved, the position of the subject I do not mind however, it may not be conventional, but for me it works in this photo, you see the subject and then you walk up the stairs with eyes (at least this is the path that I did) like never end (too bad they were not continued for another couple of ramps, would have been perfect!) compliments ;-)
