Interessante la scelta del nastro per i capelli sul naso.
Parte della pelle del viso mostra una brutta grana.

La foto mi piace, i capelli che passano sulla fronte e l'effetto fluo fanno pensare ad una post troppo eccessiva, come la "borsa" sotto l'occhio a dx e la parte sottostante il labbro inferiore. La grana della guancia invece è un pò forte, ti consiglio di non usare il clone, bensì il pennello correttivo (cerotto) su un livello separato attenuandone l'effetto regolando l'opacità del livello e facendo livelli differenti per nei, macchie, rughe ed infine dettagli minori. A gusto personale e non tecnico ridurrei inoltre un goccio la saturazione della pelle o comunque ne ridurrei il rossore (a meno che non sia voluto). Per la scelta del nome se deriva dall'album dei Tool...beh sono dei tuoi!!!! Comunque bella foto, molto d'impatto e la profondità di campo col ciuffo sfocato in primo piano è molto bella.

Scatto molto creativo e ben realizzato. Hai provato un b/n con il nastro orizzontale sulla bocca ?
Non si dovrebbero tagliare i capelli in alto, ma in scatto così creativi non disturba.
