Io il treppiedi o cavalletto lo utilizzo per evitare il mosso visto che tenere in mano 5kg (tele+ macchina )per tanto tempo diventa faticoso. spero di essere stato esaustivo

@Paola61: 500mm + reflex sono piuttosto pesanti, si può fare qualche scatto a mano libera ma il treppiede o appoggio è d'obbligo in appostamento

@ Paola61: 500mm + SLR are quite heavy, you can do some handheld shooting but the tripod or support is a must stalking ;-) Bel soggetto, per me da togliere solo il rumore dallo sfondo ed è ok!
