Camminando per Milano mi sono fermato ad osservare questo angolo di una via importante, mi colpiva il disegno con le caricature particolarmente espressive ma quello da cui non riuscivo a staccare gli occhi erano le scritte nei loro occhiali, trovavo la cosa assurda e geniale allo stesso tempo. A distanza di un anno ho ripreso in mano questo scatto perchè ha ancora un forte fascino su di me, quelle parole non mi sono ancora uscite dalla testa. Il segnale con la bicicletta e l'unica bicicletta parcheggiata sotto, uniti alla simmetricità della composizione, danno, secondo me, un senso di compiutezza alla scena.
