prova ad escludere il cielo e l'attenzione andrà dritta lungo la rampa che scompare nel mare! un'atmosfera unica ed una bellissima luce!

Hai perfettamente ragione. Con il cielo "vuoto" come dici tu, e questo termine rende veramente l'idea, la composizione è decisamente più aperta, nell'altro caso si ottiene l'effetto contrario.
Una foto due risultati, che dire, non è poco!!!!
