Grazie dei suggerimenti.
Ho provato a ridurre un poco il rumore, ma partivo da un'immagine parecchio elaborata,visto il contrasto di luminosità tra l'alto e il basso. Sicuramente molti di voi saprebbero fare meglio.
Per la nitidezza non sono sicuro se dipende dal soggetto molto mobile oppure da uno sbaglio di messa a fuoco.
p.s. Come faccio ad inserire in coda l'immagine modificata ?

I tried to reduce the noise a little, but I left a lot of processed from an image, given the contrast in brightness between the high and the low. Surely many of you would have done better.
For clarity I'm not sure if it depends on the subject very mobile or from a mistake of focusing.

Carica l'immagine su www.tinypic.com o su www.imageshack.us, copia il direct link (lo trovi anche nelle proprietà dell'immagine), poi premi il pulsante IMG e incollalo in mezzo ai due IMG.
Riguardo all'immagine concordo con Berna.
Upload the image to www.tinypic.com or www.imageshack.us, copy the direct link (found also in the image properties), then press the IMG and paste it between the two IMG.
