Horseshoe bend sent on June 27, 2014 (13:00) by Alessandro Beconi. 28 comments, 4070 views.

, 1/60 f/14.0, ISO 100, tripod. Horseshoe Bend, United States.

Paesaggio splendido e regala forti e decise emozioni.

saluti

Beautiful landscape and offers & strong emotions. Longing for freedom!

Perhaps the post-production is a little push, but I will not discuss this aspect, because it is pure personal interpretation. It is important that communicates freedom!

greetings

Grazie Claudio! Grazie Luigi!
Ale

Thank you Claudio! Thanks Louis! Thank you too Felux! It really is not too much as it may seem. There are two exhibitions, at the top I had to lighten a little 'clouds (very dark) to avoid creating too much detachment from the bottom. Slightly raised the temperature to the rocky part to harmonize with the colors of the sky. See you soon and thanks to all of the passage and comments always welcome! A greeting.
Ale

complimenti, ciao Massimo

Very well represented this place, the rays of the sun is going down and illuminate the clouds are really well managed. As the sun almost set, maybe a hair darker rocks would, for me, made the scene more natural. You state that there have never been in this loop, so maybe I'm wrong, were perfectly lit; However, I take this opportunity to ask if there was a possibility not to include the two rocks at the bottom that go in for a nap by the river.
congratulations, hello Massimo

Ale

Massimo Hello and thank you for your comment! I do not know what rock you mean? There are too many! :-D:-D In any case, these were the ones in the foreground illuminated by the sun, but the other, while remaining against the rocks are very very clear so I took two exposures only. One for the sky and one for the rocks and the water. I'm having to do at least 3 does not? With 0.4 seconds I have exposed the lower part without any problems. With LR I gave you a +19 for "clarity" but it was already quite clear to her! Do you wish to go there one day! A beautiful sight if you do not suffer from vertigo!: Cool: Despite the thousands of people who flock to the place every day? Concerning the possibility to remove the two bits of rock at the bottom, nothing to do? Maybe I could earn a mm or two ( What I could not do then and there) but always remain within the frame. In order not to take them, osand another 4 feet or throw yourself!
Not being 4 meters high I decided to include them? ..: Cool:
Hello and thanks for the comment!

Ciao, grazie ancora,
Ale

Thanks Brie and Vittorio for passage and comment!
Hello Vinciaru, thanks to you. There is all a show, honestly! A few steps you need to do the Antelope Canyon, definitely. If you make the upper, book a visit to the 11 (for photographers absolutely) but book in advance otherwise you can not find the place. The lower is very nice: less play of light that filters but gorgeous colors and no stress on the tour that I do. If you tell me how you walk and where I can advise you better!
Write in mp if you want!
Hello, thanks again,
Ale

Alby

A great photo for an incomparable place.
Even without wind strikes a certain fear to put the tripod on the edge of the cliff, it is because it must be said that there is no parapet, the edge (eroded) is of stone and grit, the jump is at least one hundred meters. The stones you see are actually about half wall, so impossible not to make them appear.
Bravo Alexander, one of the most beautiful sunsets!

Complimenti
Ciao, IlariaSorriso

A photo imposing and impressive, you've picked a great time to light, I notice a slight halo between the earth and the sky as likely to be a double exposure, but the magnificence of the shot lets him pass almost unnoticed! Compliments
