@Ziozeb. Secondo me tante menate no, ma la tecnica un po' conta in scatti come questo (ovviamente se il risultato è voluto e non arrivato per caso  ): Se il tempo di scatto è troppo breve non c'è il dinamismo che danno i fuochi sullo sfondo, senza tecnica di scatto a 1/15 la foto ti viene mossa. Devi perlomeno sapere cosa vuoi ottenere in fase di sviluppo per non scegliere parametri sbagliati. Ho avuto un pelo di fortuna, ma ne ho scattate cinque o sei per beccarne una.
@Claudio. Decisamente no :-) con un punto d'appoggio niente di tutto ciò.

In my many menate not, but the technique a bit 'count in shots like this (of course if the result is wanted and not come by chance:-D): If the shutter speed is too short there is the dynamism that give the fireworks in the background, without technical shutter 1/15 the photo you will be moved. You must at least know what you want to achieve in development not to choose wrong parameters. I had a pile of luck, but I've taken five or six for a peck.

Il titolo e la foto sono ben legati e l'immagine così completa mi piace molto.
Dopo aver letto la didascalia però, considerata "la balena" e visto che la maglietta del bambino riporta ... "non mi preoccupa la navigazione" (credo), avrei così intitolato la foto. Un saluto.

After reading the caption, however, considered "the whale" and saw that the baby T-shirt back ... "I'm not worried navigation" (I think), so I called the photo. A greeting. Il titolo e la foto sono ben legati e l'immagine così completa mi piace molto.
